What does it mean to be a citizen of the world? – by christine

Being a citizen of the world is all about being a part of something. You can be considered a citizen if you live in a home, have a family, or pay taxes. But, what i consider a citizen of the world is someone who interracts and connects with their communites and government; people who use what they know to help others and their community.  The way you communicate with people, the respect you have for the environment, and how much you participate in the community are just some of the duties people have when being a good citizen of the world.
